You will get an email with all the details of your order. In this mail, you will be given with a Order ID, and a list of the items you have ordered. You will also be notified when we dispatch the items from our warehouse.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email@example.com . We process and ship orders quickly. Once our warehouse has processed your order, unfortunately we will not be unable to make any changes to your order because it’s already on its way to you. You must cancel your order within 72 hours of placing your order.

We ship to approximately 50 different countries around the world and shipping is completely FREE for orders up to $15. For orders less then $15 and depending on your location it ranges from 3,25$ to 9,90$.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. Simply visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to see the shipping status of your package.
We have manufacturing, fulfillment and shipping partners in other regions around the world. We have partners located in United States, Costa Rica, Spain, China, India and other countries. So if you order multiple items it’s possible they may come in different packages and/or delivered at different times from any one of our global warehouses.
Different items can come from different warehouses and in separate packages, so you might receive more than one package if you ordered several items. Please verify your email as we provide different shipping confirmation for items leaving separately.
