Came for two weeks. The product does help, but you have to be consistent. When I started I tried the smaller spring, but I noticed it didn't really have any tension so I switched it to the medium spring, and I started to feel like I was actually working my neck muscles, but now I am using the large one that one works out your neck and chin muscles.
