Came for two weeks. The product does help, but you have to be consistent. When I started I tried the smaller spring, but I noticed it didn't really have any tension so I switched it to the medium spring, and I started to feel like I was actually working my neck muscles, but now I am using the large one that one works out your neck and chin muscles.
In the week or so that I've been using the Slimmer correctly - I HAVE ALREADY STARTED SEEING RESULTS!!! I am absolutely thrilled and will continue to use it twice a day, every day until my neck skin has tightened up. The Slimmer is doing exactly what it's supposed to do!!!!!
For about a month, I didn't see anything, but on week five my Husband and I began to notice a change in my chin's shape. I've been using it (inconsistently) for about a year and a half now and it has really made a difference!
The key is form. You must sit up straight, hold the slimmer in place and take your time with each repetition. Press down for about 1.5 seconds, clench at the bottom of the contraction for 1 second and then slowly release back to starting position over 1.5 seconds. It helps if you have a stopwatch to pay attention to time. Without doing it this way, I do not feel my muscles even with the strongest coil.
