Artiqus Ltd («Artiqus», «us», «our» or «we») as an operator of the website TipsForHips (“website”) takes all the necessary measures to maintain the privacy rights of our users («users» or «you»).
This document is provided to explain our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information including personal information and data that users provide, and we receive, collect, store, use, and manage in connection with the website and our services (hereinafter collectively referred as “Service(s)” under the means of this Privacy Policy).

If you cannot find their privacy policy, then you should contact the respective webmasters of those websites to obtain information regarding their information collection, use and disclosure policies. Artiqus is not responsible for their collection and use of your personal information by third parties.
Third Parties’ Services
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in different jurisdictions than either you or us. Payment Processing
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data.
In the case when the payment was made by your card using PayPal account, PayPal stores your credit card data.
In the case when the payment was made by you via Stripe, then Stripe stores your credit card data.
We may also offer other payment services and gateways to process your payments, in those cases the respective payment processor stores your credit card data.
In all cases your payment data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

International Operation
If you use our Services, please be aware that you are sending information (including Personal information) to certain countries where this information is stored on our virtual servers. Our website and Services are intended for general audiences and are not child-directed. Data Controller
Artiqus processes Personal Information as a Controller as defined in General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). As a Controller we may pass the information to Data Processors having data processing agreements ensuring compliance with GDPR concluded with us. All processing procedures are performed in accordance with the highest security regulations. Such Processors may include cloud storage services, analytic services. These services provide data security resources of the same quality as Artiqus.
User’s rights
You have the following rights with respect to the personal data we hold about you:
- The right to know what data we hold about you: If you would like to know what personal data we hold about you, please contact us at help@tipsforhips.cc. We seek to promptly respond to your inquiry.
- The right to have incomplete, incorrect, outdated, or unnecessary personal data corrected, deleted, or updated. The easiest way to correct, delete, or update the personal data you have provided to the Service is to log in to the Service and enter the necessary changes in the account settings of the Service. Please note that deletion of your personal data may lead to the inability to continue using our Services.

Data security
Artiqus takes commercially reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access to, or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of, sensitive data that you share and we collect and store. These security measures may include practices such as keeping your sensitive data on a secured server behind a firewall, transmitting sensitive information (such as a credit card number) entered on our site or mobile application using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and AES-256 encryption, internal reviews of our data collection practices and platforms, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store your information. Although we make good faith efforts to store the information collected on the Service in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of that information during its transmission or its storage on our systems. In the event of different interpretations of the provisions of this Privacy Policy in different languages the English version shall prevail
