RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At TipsForHips, your satisfaction is our guarantee!  You can return any item if you are not satisfied, subject to this Return and Refund Policy.

Your right to return.

You can return the purchased item within 14 days from the date of its actual receipt.

To return the item, please send the relevant request to help@tipsforhips.cc and we will contact you for the details. Please note that a receipt or other proof of purchase is required to request a return.

Be aware that due to their nature such goods as cosmetics, skincare, personal hygiene goods and other goods of similar nature can be returned only subject to such items are sealed and their factory seal was not damaged.

Damaged items.

If you think your product arrived damaged, you must immediately contact help@tipsforhips.cc,  so we can investigate the case and send you a brand-new product or offer a refund.

Return procedure

Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with the address to which you should send the item back. The item should be packed for return with at least the same level of care as it was originally packed. Please note that all returns must be made at your expense. We are not obliged to reimburse you for expenses related to returns.

Refunds

In case of returning an item, you are entitled to get a refund. The total cost of returned items and relevant costs of shipping from us to you (if applicable) are fully refundable.

Any refund request may be fulfilled, and a refund is made only after you provide us with proof of sending the returned item to our warehouse.

Once we have verified your return information, we will process your refund and notify you.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It can take 10+ days to appear in your bank statement, if it takes longer please contact your bank for assistance.
