SHIPPING POLICY


Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

We ship all around the world so delivery times will depend on your country of residence. This primarily depends on your local customs and import procedures.  Please note that multiple products in your order may ship from various locations, so this may result in different delivery times for each item within the single order. 

The cost of shipping depends on your country of delivery, total cost of the order and number of items in the order.

We may offer different shipping options that may affect the delivery time and shipping cost. Please carefully read all those options and decide which option suits you more. At the same time please note that any shipping options greater than the basic one are not refundable. For clarity, in case of return and refund request we provide refund only for the purchased items and basic shipping option. Any additional shipping cost exceeding the basic shipping option will be solely at your expense.

Final shipping cost and delivery time is calculated in your shopping cart after you fill all necessary fields in the order form.

Before checkout you will see the total cost of your order that will consist of the total cost of the purchased items and shipping cost. By clicking the “Pay” or “Checkout” button (or similar button) in your shopping cart you hereby agree with the cost of your order, including the shipping cost.

You may check if your country is eligible for shipping during checkout process in your shopping cart by filling the shipping address. If some items are not available for delivery to your country you won’t be able to complete checkout, so no money will be withdrawn from you.

Please note that delivery time shown in your shopping cart is approximate and it can be affected by holidays, weather conditions, customs laws and other variables beyond your or our control including those specifically indicated in our Terms and Conditions. Please understand we cannot be held responsible for these situations but please be sure we will do our best to deliver your purchases on time and to relieve you of any worries regarding that.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. Simply visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to see the shipping status of your package. If you didn't receive such email within 3 days after placing the order, please contact help@tipsforhips.cc.
