Shipping policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

We ship to approximately 50 different countries around the world and shipping is completely FREE for orders up to $20. For orders less then $20 and depending on your location it ranges from 3,25$ to 9,90$.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days. 
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 10 and 15 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. 

  We ship all around the world so delivery times will depend on your country of residence. It’s also important to note that multiple products in your order may ship from various locations.

  Depending on your location, it may take anywhere from 10 to 60 days for your items to get to you. This primarily depends on your local customs and import procedures. Below are the most typical time frames for your region:

Please note that delivery time is only approximate and it can be affected by holidays, weather conditions, customs laws and other variables out of your or our hands including those specifically indicated in our Terms and Conditions. Please understand we cannot be held responsible for these situations but please be sure we will do our best to deliver your purchases in time and to relieve you from any worries regarding that.

  Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. Simply visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to see the shipping status of your package. If you didn't receive such email in 3 days after placing the order please let us know on
